Repaired chassis is repainted.

Body tub etch primed.

New floor pans fitted.

Realigning the body with the chassis.

Fettling the front apron.

Panels receiving epoxy paint.

Body and panels reunited with the chassis.

Engine goes back in.

It all seems so simple when you see it as shown above but there is a tremendous amount of time and skill involved in such a restoration. Hopefully Hugh will keep us posted on the final stages.
30th Aug 08 - Hugh has updated us with progress as follows: |

"It looks like I might get the TR3A finished by the Healey Factory in time to drive up to the Thredbo meeting in October. Register members to see the latest photos of the car which is now driving and at the final trim stage. The expected finish and hand-over of keys is expected at the end of September." |

Unfortunately Hugh was unable to get the car to the Concours due to a last minute crankcase seal problem. The photos below show the car in its completed state - November 2008. |
