If any of Joe's friends would like to update the text below - Original Body Colour was Powder Blue, trimmed in blue leather, white hood and sidecurtains and white wall tires. The only other accessories that the factory fitted were an adjustable steering column and a hoodstick cover. I purchased the TR3A with 63000 miles on the odometer from the original owner in 1974. A frame off body restoration was completed in 1978 following which, the car won 1st place in the TR3A class and Best of Show awards in Triumph Register of America Concours that same year.
In 1993 the car was resprayed to correct the wear
and tear of an additional 67000 miles and 15 years of enjoyment. The photo below shows the car being resprayed in 1993. Joe's stable included:

TS 1LO is in the process of a full frame up restoration. "My goal is to have it completed in 2003, the 50th anniversary of its build date". TS 69L resoration has been put on hold for TS1. most of the sheet metal work has been completed, engine and tranny rebuilt. Needs to be reassembled and interior completed.
