The POWDER BLUE CLUB
Frederic Duchemin - France
Frederic has sent these photos of his father's 1959 Powder Blue TR3A. It is regularly used to tour European roads and is part of a fleet of blue Triumphs.

Frederic says: I'm very proud to send you those pictures of my father's TR3A. We live in France but my father is an old "Australian". He worked 8 years for a french petrol company and used to stay at Brisbane. He travelled all around the Australia and had some fantastic experiences. He always told me about those very kind "Australians".

My father has had this 1959 TR3a for 3 years. It's an American car which came back to Belgium and wasa ultimately bought by my father. He spent much time to restore it to "Bill pigott original triumph TR" condition. We really enjoy travelling in Europe with this fantastic car. Of course the paint is powder blue with dark blue interior.

Our others cars are Triumph spitfires. The first one is a Mark 3 with a Royal blue paint. The second is a Mark 4 with a French blue paint. Do you know which car we are looking for today? A Wedgwood blue triumph TR4 of course.
