"The Standard Motor Company Records state that this car was built on Thursday 20th October 1960. The car was imported by Harvey Lloyd (Brighton NSW) and then passed to a lady on Sydney's North Shore. In 1971 John Rorie (Sans Souci) owned it followed by Denis Hull (Swansea NSW) in 1974. At that stage it was painted dark blue. Denis believed that CHF 770 was the original registration. I purchased the car in 1997 and the car had a nut and bolt restoration in 2006 and is represented fairly faithful to the way it came out of the factory."
