Ballarat National Meeting 2019 Registration Form: Download

UPDATE - 15 Nov 2018

Following on from the Ballarat 2019 Concours show bags given out in Adelaide and the Registration forms now available in the clubs web site a small but welcome change has been offered by the Concours accommodation venue.

A new person has taken over the administration of the Group Bookings at the Bell Tower Inn, which is our accommodation venue for the Ballarat 2019 Concours. They have offered us a better and easier deal on breakfasts.

Standard rooms will remain at $138 per night (for 1 or 2 people) and breakfast will be at $15 per person for either a continental or cooked breakfast. The breakfast will be buffet style and you can swap between continental and cooked at will.

The motel have asked that a credit card number and mobile phone number be supplied upon booking.

Please give me a ring if you have any queries.

Keep those TRegistrations rolling in.

Happy TRing

FURTHER INFORMATION

The TR3A and TR3B categories were amalgamated in 2008 and there is no separate “Best TR3B” trophy.
There is one (1) chief judge and two (2) judges or one (1 ) judge and one (1) assistant or trainee per one or multiple items per class (e.g. engine bay).

Should a car, or group of cars, appear to be in the wrong category, the chief judge will have the right to suggest or advise entrants on which category they should enter.

Judges are deemed to be the only judges of the facts in relation to each judged category.

The National Committee wishes all entrants well in displaying their cars.
